Not all Home Care providers are the same — here’s what makes Hazel truly different:
Before you make a decision, we’ll visit your home for a free, no-pressure chat and assessment — so you feel confident Hazel is the right fit.
Our Care Professionals are part of the Hazel team. That means more consistency, accountability, and care you can rely on. They’re local too, which means they show up on time and stay connected.
We employ local people to support local communities. With less travel time, our Care Professionals are more reliable, more present, and always informed — arriving on time and ready to care.
From day one, you’ll know your Care Manager by name — and they’ll know yours. They’ll take the time to understand your story, goals, and preferences, and partner with you to deliver care your way.
We don’t just set and forget. Your dedicated Care Manager checks in regularly and adjusts your services as life changes — ensuring your care continues to meet your needs.
